Since joining Depnet 12 months ago, I have met some wonderful and amazing people that are always willing to help and offer their friendship and advice without ever judging me.

In 22 days, one of these amazing people, my sweet BJ(Bubba Jo) JoanneC84 is coming up to Far North Queensland for a 2 week holiday in June

I have heaps of things planned for her - bungy jumping, crocodile wrestling, cattle branding, dehorning lol - that is what I am telling her anyway - it will be heaps of shopping and do girly things.

I am really looking forward to BJ's visit and I know she is too.

As I said before, you people are truly amazing and make me feel like I have known you for years.

One day I hope that I can meet you all and we can finally put a face to the name.

Mumma Bear!!!
I can't believe how quickly time has flown..It feels just like yesterday that we were beginning the countdown at 58 days or something huge like that.
I can't wait to be able to see you in the flesh and give you the biggest of hugs..I owe you my life Mumma bear and I am so grateful to have been blessed with you in my life.You,Glen and the boys have accepted me and made me part of the family and I love you all so much..I'm so proud to be your baby girl...
In 22 days time,You won't be able to wipe the smile off my face...and when those 2 weeks are over,I will know that I have had the best 2 weeks of my life and I will pray that they never end...(I may just have to loose the return plane ticket)
You are one very special person who has taken me under their wing and showed me a whole new world...seeing you smile is the greatest thing and hearing you laugh down the phone brightens up my life...You have never judged my actions or thoughts and can always sense when something is up and despite being so far away, I feel you sitting on my shoulder or holding my hand with me every step of the way..
I love you so much Mumma Bear and I'm so lucky to know you and also so very honoured to call you my 2nd mum...You are inspirational...

I'm gunna stop now cos I'm crying something shocking and I know you will be too cos we are both sooks!!

I know both of you are going to have a terrific time. It is wonderful when people from DepNet get to meet each other in person. I speak to Jenny a lot on the phone, but so far we have not met...I have met Donna & her family at Maccas in Taree on their way home from their last holiday up north...

Hope you put Jo to work on the things you have suggested!!! Teach her to go to a farm!!! Have a great time and I would love to meet you and the family one day - perhaps if we head north we may meet one day.
