Doona day and medical appointment rescheduled!!!!

Migraine, meds and sleep. Woke up cold and then had some lunch and a doona day!!! I just can't find the energy or power to do anything. Hubby went and did his volunteer work - they are getting ready for the annual special day of rememberance 29/5/08.

My medical assessment has been rescheduled to 19/6/08 so that is a good thing.

Nothing wrong with doona days. L love them as it has been icy cold down yonder. Good luck at the doctors and hope you are slowly starting to wind down from all the past events l think that is what has really zapped you Take care of you and hope you have a better week

Ooh, I'd kill for a doona day. Bet your unwinding after all the build up to the finalisation of your court case. But don't fall into the trap of having too many doona days, there's a world out there you need to stay in touch with.

Doona days are a blessing - i don't just take days though - i take doona months! LOL!

They are great for the soul and the body, so enjoy and don't push yourself too hard.
