Migraine, meds and sleep. Meds took forever to kick in/let me go to sleep. Hubby came home and he went to bed after working on the computer.

We were going to the greek festival today in brisbane but we didn't go - slept in too long ane it is quite windy here.

Haven't told Queen Bee yet about settlement of the case - scared she will want her money back and not worried about paying it but as I have asked my solicitor how will it be paid, do I have to pay tax on it. For that matter I haven't spoken to Queen Bee all week which is good.

Hubby really showed his intelligence - left a packet of frozen mince out to defrost and go off - had been wondering what the stench was but didn't look until I saw the mince this morning. I thought it was his food containter from yesterday's meal he had before he went to work. I cleaned the area and hopefully the smell will go away soon - used disinfectant.

Spent some time sending emails to my solicitor to find out information and apologising to her for my actions - jepadising her being my solcitior because of my actions. When will I, the fool learn to be more sensible/reasonable. Doesn't help I do things when I have taken my meds. Last night it was a matter of the meds not kicking in and I was clearly able to see I had stuffed up and not the solicitor as I said she did. I am a complete and utter stupid idiot.

Take Care All!!!!

Hi Studying,

Glad you received your settlement. Does it affect your DSP?
If it does ring Centrelink as you will probably be deemed as having it the day it was settled not when you receive it.

Take Care

Hi Mrs Studying 1,

You are not a fool, or a complete and utter stupid idiot. You've had a lot on your plate lately and you are nearly at the end of all of it as far as the court case is concerned. You are getting a pay out, so you must have done something right!

Take it easy on yourself, now you can concentrate on hubby and his impending tests, which I hope go OK.

Take care,

Karen xxx

Not stupid. Impulsive re communication. Save all your questions for one e-mail. Could be feeling better as now the way is clear for you and you could be kicking back, letting that set in and making plans instead of fretting over what is a done deed. Don't keep wasting money on Solicitors. If you want to know whether you pay tax, call the tax department, please.
Al the best.

Hi studying,
You are not 'stupid' never think that about yourself. Your support on this site is very special. You are always here to support others.
The law these days is very complicated & can be difficult to understand. You have been honest about how you feel...no need to feel stupid.
Hugs... Nanna Val x0x
