Settled out of court my court case.

Worse thing - accusations I made to my solicitor which were all wrong and can never be taken back despite all my apologies - hope she is forgiving.

it is good to try and find the positives... i dig so deep and find some but they do not seem enough..

Dr T has tried to talk to me about strengths i suppose... I am not sure I am listening... i have been trying to remember the session... but can't ... maybe i do all the talking ... moaning and whining about blah!!

keep looking for the positives...

another thing you did well ... was find the dead meat and clean it up... so that is good...

there are more things... if you dig deep...
