Migraine, meds and sleep. Again I didn't hear my hubby leave to do a half day volunteer work.

I got up and got on the computer and read my sister's email - not happy with hubby for telling Queen Bee - oh yeah, hubby called her last night to see how much money she was owed and told her I went to see my sister at the weekend - she has a message on her answering machine for her from Queen Bee wanting to know about the weekend. I have made it clear - very clear - to him not to talk to Queen Bee about the things my sister and I do/say and in return I agreed not to contact his sister - I haven't contacted her since prior to the wedding and she is the one spreading nasty rumours about me amongst the family.

Hubby came home and was on the phone - complaint to red rooster. Read him the riot act about my sister and I doing things/talking and I agreed about his sister. We finally left to see the barrister and my solicitor. Got there eventually - red rooster called hubby and evenually hung up on him because he was rudish/speaking over the manager on the phone.

Got to the barrister and had a quick hi to my solicitor and then she went in and spoke to the barrister. I then went in and they are going to retry to get it settled before the 10 day hearing in June. Be interesting to see what the outcome is - settle before the hearing or we go to the hearing and risk dirty laundry being aired. There are some issues with the case that are strong and weak so it is easy I could lose it or get less money that we are starting up again at the settlement discussions - or the barrister is going to start discussions at.

Solicitor spent some time explaining to hubby what is happening. She is going to call me and explain things better/go through anything I need to do to get the negotiations restarted.

Now it is a waiting game - more waiting, and waiting. Overcame being panicky when I was by myself walking into the building to get to the barrister. Was okay with solicitor and barrister and when hubby was with me walking to the car. I was so so when I went grocery shopping - knew where the car was and hubby was helping the taxi driver with passengers - he was a sedan and had disabled passengers/wheelchair/passenger with a broken leg and he - the cabbie had problems with the wheel chair/boot shutting.

Take Care All!!!

PS Did some grocery shopping and am going to make some vege soup. Got try and find some stuff in my mail for my sleep study and call about it to be resent.

Posted the rest of the wedding thankyous today - found out from hubby one lady didn't get a document in her letter - oops - no one is perfect!!! lol!!! Queen Bee didn't mention anything about getting hers/thanks for it but then what more can I expect from someone who didn't even give a shower present or a wedding present!!! Selfish bully!!!

Am seeing the gp tomorrow afternoon to get some referrals and some other information from them.
