Migraine, meds and sleep.

I managed to speak to hubby last night - not a long chat as he was tired/I had woken him up.

I managed to sleep okay by myself last night and am hoping hubby is coming home tonight with my medications from the chemist.

I have noticed that I favour my right side when I sleep - go to sleep on the left side and wake up on the right side. I don't feel me turning over because of all my medications but I have just noticed it. Not sure if it means anything depression wise - may ask my psychiatrist but I bet it had some effect on my sleep study a month a go.

Forgot to ask hubby how his aunty was with regards to her male friend passing away and the funeral being held 4/7. Should have asked mother in law but forgot about that - god I will be glad when my pickled brain is back to normal if it ever happens. They tell me the brain/memory will fix up when I stop taking my medications. I am sure it is hitting her hard as they were engaged to be married not long after we got engaged, travelled to Latvia together for a holiday and shared a house until he had to be admitted to a nursing home because of the alzheimer's and he started getting violent towards her.

Still got the coughing bug eventhough Queen Bee says I sound better. Still waking me up at night/affecting my sleep. Can't go to the xray people tomorrow as hubby has his volunteer work and that is all day so I might ask him to take me tomorrow.

Got some information about the villa we saw in Tassie in March. Sent and email to the agent with some more questions and we need to talk about the clause he is mentioning I think if they get a cash offer and we are still trying to sell our place??? Not really sure but I think it will mean the cash will be accepted over our offer. In Tassie there is no cooling off period so we have to be sure this is the place we want/can cope with the expenses because it will be a permanent move and a change for us.

Take Care All!!!

PS Air con in bedroom is not heating very well - another problem to add to the list of issues with the provider. Not helped when you are sleeping in summer pjs because you don't know where you winter ones are. Probably a reason my cough has stuck around because I am in summer pjs and can't find my winter ones. Buggar I am sick of the stupid a/con not working and no one bothering to test it to see what is wrong with it. Have to call the girl who called when the salesman was here on Wednesday and add some more issues to the problem or take them to small claims for some money back/order to replace the faulty air con.

Hi Studying about the A/C not working real well. If it was cold last night it may have frozen and need to defrost . A/C don't work as well heating as they do cooling because the have to extract what heat is out side and bring it in and on a cold night there is not a lot of heat to extract.

About your turning over during the night and not even realising it. Personally I don't think that it is anything to worry about as we move a lot more than we think during the night. some people toss and turn all night. Some people even believe that they don't move all night when all that happens is that the remember being in a certain position when they went to bed and they woke up in the same position. In the time they were asleep they moved alot more than they think. Ask your doc and see what they think as well.

Hey Mrs.

If your stuck with ur summer pj's try putting a t-shirt or skivvy underneath with a good dose of Vicks vapourub
If you got no Vicks try Deep Heat -- it'll warm ur chest as well as clear the nose. If the a/c's not working right -- turn it off, it may be contributing to ur prob, stirring up any dust, cold or moist air for u to breath in .
Don't worry 'bout ur sleeping, I fall asleep on my side and wake up on my back - always seem to and has had no adverse effects on me .

P.S Thanks for the chuckle .... if your brain is pickled... I wonder what they'd consider mine ?? !!!

I wish you well with your Tassie venture.

Sleep with angels,
Bryzy
