So I survived another birthday - Just because I am sick!!!

Migraine, meds, some sleep, coughing fits, vomitting. What a day. It is giving me the shites. I want this chest infection to go away but it seems to want to stay. Cancelled psychologist appointment tomorrow due to my chest infection and not really wanting to be out in the cold - had a late appointment.

Feel like shite because of my chest infection. Think I need my other script of horse tablets filled. Hubby wants me to have my chest xray.

Queen Bee called and wished me happy birthday - brief chat. Read my emails and there were birthday wishes there from my friends. No word from the M of H.

Emailed the bridal party about the photographer trying to catch up with people this week/during the school holidays, included the M of H who knew about the photographer coming because the photographer called her.

Hubby couldn't afford me a big present and that's fine. We are going to Tassie again for 4 nights from 17/8 so that is the present to each other.
Got a lotto ticket for tonight and a scratchie that didn't win me anything. Queen Bee also said she sent me a lotto ticket. She finally remembered that when we saw her a few weeks back that she gave me stuff for my birthday - didn't remember until my sister was there at the weekend.

The air conditioner man finally turned up - not at 12 as was supposed to but at almost 3 pm and he can't find any problems with the unit but we know there are problems - doesn't turn on, leaks, one fan speed. He was going back to the company and work out what to do I think/hope as hubby spoke to him about it, outside while he (hubby) was having a smoke.

Take Care All!!!

Mrs Studying1

Queen Bee hasn't told me about the money I owe - I tried to find out on Saturday but she hadn't done the books and she didn't mention it when she called this afternoon. Sister is not impressed with parents and the langauge my nephew has learnt while staying there. Queen Bee says it is his imagination but I know that is crap as I hear the same things that the nephew hears when I am on the phone to Queen Bee or hear stories about my dad and the things he is up to/causing problems for the retirement village.

Happy Birthday Mrs Studying,
21 today. I hope that your day was a happy one. Sorry to thear that you are still unwell. Just a suggestion, and it is horrible stuff, but have u tryed taking HYPOL. It is a fish based medicine from the health food shop - it gives your body and your immune system a good boot - my son when he was little had a weak respiratory tract and we put him on it and it worked really well.
I hope you have a lovely day and a nice warm cosy night.
Take care and chat soon

HAPPY BIRTHDAY.......

I hope you at least had some sort of a nice birthday today, despite being sick. Maybe one day in the near future you can allow me to pick you up for a coffee, have to pass on the food bit, but a coffee would be great. Let your hair down girl and come and share a coffee with me.
Have a good rest of your day, and may we share many more birthdays with you .

Love Lesleyxxxxxxxxx

Happy birthday studying. I must say, I always get a chuckle when you talk about the cold - I would love to be in Queensland at the moment, I'm freezing my buns off down here, but then again 18 degrees is practically tropical in my books so it doesn't take much to warm me up. I hope you manage to shake your chest infection soon, took me three courses of antibiotics to get rid of mine - turns out what finally beat it was the shot of antibiotics I had when I had my surgery. I get a giggle out of the fact that something designed to help my arm helped my chest, but I suppose the antibiotics don't know what they're supposed to be fighting. Good luck with your lotto tickets!
