Migraine, meds and sleep. Hubby came home and came to bed and we slept until lunch time.

We had a bite to eat and then went to see his parents. Was good to see them. Got some stuff for our wedding next weekend at Tamborine - for youu not qlders it is in the mountains and will be freezing. Yipee!!!

Then went and did some grocery shopping and then went to visit some friends of hubby's who were at the wedding. Gradually we are becoming friends.

Had some dinner and hubby packed the groceries away.

Queen Bee rang and left a message. I called her back and they have decided we have to give them the money we get (if we get any) from the reception venue because dad had to borrow the money - Thursday it was no we could have it and today is give us the money. Can't keep up. She hung up on me because I didn't want to speak to her/was short with her - I mean we had just come home and she was leaving nasty messages on the answering machine.

Was good to get out of the house and spend some time with hubby. This week is going to be a busy week with doctor appointments for each of us.

Got to find myself a new solcitior as my solicitor has decided not to fight for my tpd so I am waiting to hear from her for a recommendation of someone. Hubby said we should try legal aide but I said lets just see what happens with the medical assessment and the decision based on that and he agreed which shocked me!!!

Take Care All!!!

Hi Mrs S,

I'm nobody in particular except that I work very much in the social sector in a hands-on way, and to be honest, maybe a TPD (which I presume is like a TPI) isn't such a good thing anyway. Gives people the sense that there's no point trying.

You keep trying, huh :)

Hey there studious one (((hugs)))

I was delighted to read of your everyday activities with your husband and how simple things done together with someone you love is food for the soul. Thanks for giving me a glimpse into your domestic situation and the warm fuzzies I got from hoping that one day I believe that I too can be doing he domestic rounds with a cherished someone.

As to your other matters... I don't know what tpd is so I can't comment on that. However,I do know the frustration and anquish of dealing with solicitors though from when I fought for, and won, a workers compensation claim for stress and injury caused by my workplace in the health care arena.

I'm glad hubby is being supportive and I hope it all goes well for you.

Take Care,
Alchemy (Nickhy)
