My Week!!! Updated!!!!!!

A page in the diary "She who must be obeyed thinks she is always right!!!"

Well this week has still been Migraines, meds and sleep. I have noticed though that the migraines are less servere except for the one I had on Monday.

I haven't had any nanna naps this week and hubby is very pleased with that.

It was a quiet week appointment wise - nothing - got something every day next week - that will be exhausting.

Got my settlement money so like Bryan I have to make some decisions as to what to do with it so it won't affect our incomes.

Hubby worked Wednesday day and last night and is working tonight.

I did some chores and now have nine boxes from my solicitor to find a home for from my court case - make for some interesting reading given the notes that they have written in there about the things that were written/said about me before I lost my job.

Been reading the diaries this week and am up to date on what everyone is doing, feeling, working on. Good on you all for staying with depnet and for supporting each other during this difficult time.

Saw Queen Bee on Thursday for her birthday on Wednesday. Had the usual lecture about our weight and hubby's smoking and I couldn't get out of there quickly enough but hubby wanted to chat to my dad so I had to stay. Got some birthday presents from Queen Bee - shower gel x 2 and a pendant.

Sister's pregnancy is going along well - about 6 weeks to go. She is finalising her work so she can make sure the baby and her almost 4 year old are okay. Went to dinner on Sunday night and my friend told me in an email on the Friday/Saturday that she had pnd with her second bub so I am worried about my sister. Cancelled our trip to Tassie and will go possibly in August.

Take Care All!!!

PS Have offered to help sister if she feels overwhelmed with baby 2 and nephew is not coping with the new baby or she isn't well. Has accepted my offer.

Went to the hairdresser on Tuesday and I had it made lovely - cut and foils. Queen Bee didn't like it because it is a bob and I have a fringe and the bottom is cut square around the front - if that makes sense. Probably doesn't but I don't know how else to describe it.

Fell down the stairs at home on Thursday morning when I was going to take my migraine meds. Back is out and I got very bad carpet burn on my shin but I am okay. Managed to untangle myself and got up and had my meds and went back upstairs and hubby was sleeping through all this noise.

Bedroom air conditioner is not working any longer - I have sent a letter of complaint to the company - this was before it stopped working. Left a message on the answering service tonight that it had stopped working. Unbelievable - it has been faulty from the first day it was installed.

Hi Studying

You seem to be making a concerted effort to get onwith life again after al the trials and tribulations of the last couple of years. Good on you for being so positive when you wrote in the diary. I know from personally experience that putting a positive spin on things especially things that do not go well is not always easy and you have managed to do that so once again well done.

Hi Mrs S,

I don't know whether it's been me or you that's not been around, but for some reason I missed your positivity in relation to comments on others diaries! Go Mrs S!! I'm glad your migraines are starting to come good now - perhaps a little less stress now that court is over is making the diff.

One step at a time, but it sounds to me as though things are looking up for you.

:)
