Survived Sleep Study - Just!!! Got wedding dress back!!!

Migraine, meds and nanna nap.
Survived the sleep study. I didn't feel like I had any sleep at all but the girl who was looking after me said I stirred the couple of times she came in and went back to sleep. Headache was a shocker!!!!
Had a shower to get all the crap out of my hair/off my skin and then had breakfast.
Had to call hubby as he wasn't here to pick me up so I had to wait about an hour.
Went to Mcs and I had some more breakfast - cold, wet weather is making me hungy and hubby ate as well.
Picked up the suit and wedding dress - Yay!!!!!!!!!! Can't believe we finally have our wedding stuff back.
We were going to go to the movies but it was too early and I was getting tired from my valium so we went home via the PO - collected the mail. Had some lunch and then had my nanna nap. Can't believe how a sleep study can make you so tired but it did. The last time I slept right through it without any problems. I just felt I couldn't relax in my bed to sleep and my pillow - my own - wasn't doing its job - it kept folding in half.
Been upstairs watching tv/sleeping and hubby has come upstairs and I am now on the computer - had to come and take my night time meds. He woke me up because I was sprawled across the bed - doing his trick!!!
Get sleep study results when I see my psychiatrist in a few weeks. Didn't give any clues to anything - last time they told me I was snoring but not very bad.

PS For those of you with PTSD, read the journal article that has just been posted in the journal part of depnet - surprised me. Hope it benefits some of you and perhaps some of you might need to get your psychiatrist to read it as well and see if they think it would be a good way to go with your wellness.
