Migraine, meds and sleep. Hubby got up and did his volunteer work.
I ended up having a nanna nap which isn't a good look when you are going in for a sleep study tonight - oops but I was cold and went back to bed and fell asleep.
Am packed for my sleep study and have my paperwork with me. Got to have dinner and take my meds and then pack my meds for tonight and tomorrow after brekky.
Gyps, as for your question, you do it because you have a caring soul and you worry about people.
Trying to sort out medications list for my psychiatritic assessment on 19/6 with my psychiatrists office coordinator. Have finally I think got it sorted out.
Off to have some dinner and meds and pack my meds so I don't forget them tonight/tomorrow.
