Started work today and I am buggered~! Things went well; I met some great people and feel like I have really used the full function of my brain. Even managed a few laughs!
It was freezing at the railway station at 730 this morning and I should have listened to a wise woman who told me to wear gloves and a scarf (OK I will on Friday).
Usual hassles of a new job, where to go what to say where are the bloody loos and where can you get a good coffee!
Usual hassles of a blind woman “would you just read and sign this?” eh like …no, I cant see it or read it can you send it to me via email so I can hear it…..and questions questions, what is it you can see? How did it happen? Good it must be awful, well yes it is but hey I am returning to work now everything in the world must be right???? Well no but it is a work in progress.
