Having survived the year and fought back to find myself I consider myself to be very lucky to see this Christmas.
I cannot believe that i so wanted to leave this life when what i have before me, my sons, my partner, my friends give me such a reason to be here.

Christmas is another day, an occasion of anniversary of happiness and sadness, but the passing of the year reminds me ..I am lucky.

TAKE WHAT YOU CAN FROM YOUR LIFE AND NURTURE IT TILL IT GROWS...BECAUSE IF YOU NURTURE WHAT YOU HAVE IT WILL BECOME VERY WORTHWHILE AND IT WILL BLOSSUM

Thank you for your post Liz, it rings very true with me. It is hard to believe when we can see the light everything we were prepared to throw away in a moment of darkness. Quite scary really.
