Yep thats me Im going well, maintaining the improvemnts over the last fortnight. Deptest score is at an all time low, my psychologist isnt worried I dont have another appointment..see how it goes she says..you know what you need to work on.
Its a new lease on life, I am living and had really forgotton how to do that.
After a lovely storm this afternoon the sky has been all pink and now the cicadas are kicking off thier nightly song. My dog is at my feet, kids are happy, hubby happy and me happy.
Yes there are struggles to meet but I have some energy now.
I dont beleive in god or miricles but I am convinved that more than my own hard work and that of my care team ad family have bought ne back to living and wanting to live
I am ever grateful
I am experincing calmness
I am content
