Continuation of the positives. Saw biotht he psychologist and the Dr today and it was all good. I beleive the current regime of medicaitons has been correct and it has come after many trial adn errors.

Also the therapy is going well, I am being more honest and open than i haev ever been adn following through on my tasks.

The dredging up of the awful past is now minimal as I move into more practice around effective personal communicaitons. It amuses me that I can talk to meetings, be on governing boards, even talk to the media but what terrifies me is talking about me, about the things that are in me, memories thoughts and ideas.

This is the last session with the psych for 8 weeks and I ma looking forward to the break (as I am sure she is)

I feel good, I feel normal,I feel honest and open, I feel happy and I feel ready to be with my family and explore the world!

I feel privilaged to have known many of you ...Jo, Peter, Di adn Alan you have made ny world a better place to be if i dont catch up with you before KEEP WELL, KEEP SAFE and i will miss you

Lots of love and good wishes
