How are you?
I hate that question.

Moments
Graceful moments
Perfect timing of simple pleasure
I reach boldly through the darkness to find
To simply find
My own resource
My own grace

The battles nearly over
I can wait another moment
For another place and it’s less of loosing and more of gaining
This journey taken hold
It’s like a story I started writing
It’s still a story to be told

How are you?
I hate that question.

Its not a question that I like either. Do you say "Good thank you" to be polite or do you say "Crap thank you" hoping that your not always being negative. Its a hard one sweetie.

Take care
Matt xx

Matt.....can you drop the sweetie thing? I would appreciate it.

I generally say OK and then chewed up for not saying how it is (my psychologist does this).

I dont think I have ever said I was not ok, I might say a bit up and down.

Thanks take care

Liz

Hi Liz
You a an amazing person. Your strengh and courage are inspriing.
Yes that question is hard to answer. I have been coping well, but having my Mum going into a hostel and cleaning up the family home to sell.

How am I? Well Mum is coping better than I am. I am getting questions about what we are doing and how she feels about it.
She is okay about the whole thing, but it is very hard for me. ( I won't let her know though)

Take Care
Love
Janene

I am guilty of asking that question alot.I think I use as a ground breaking to try to start a conversation.I am not a very social person and I would be lucky to speak to any but my family for months at a time.Liz you have so much to share and I have so much respect you to continue on with out winging every day at such trivial life things.
