Damn Flu!

Woke up this morning sweating and shivering. I had one hour sleep last night. It doesn't help with Chris snoring.
Also couldn't sleep because of this damn flu I have.

This weekend we had a BBQ on Saturday to celebrate Australia Day and on Sunday I went to work to check my roster then went to Chris's parents house, read a magazine then played with the puppies.

Lately I haven't been able to sleep, I usually get 4 hours of sleep a day if I'm lucky. I constantly think of everything and everyone. What I hate about myself is no matter how busy I am and no matter how much things I have to do, I still have time to worry.

I still haven't gone to see a Dr regarding my medication and to see a psychologist. I don't have the time but I so need to make it I know.

Take Care All

I'm sorry to hear tat you haven't slept enough but its nice to know that you have done things to celebrate Austrlalia Day.

I think everyone, has time to worry, as you put it about everything one can think of. I've been feeling like that lately as well, and its not nice. I plan to see my doc today if I can, because its starting to affect my physical health, maybe you should do the same.

Chrissy

Sorry about the flu. Know the snoring bit - my partner has a cpap machine because his snoring was so bad/dangerous for him to be driving cabs.

Good on you for doing Aussie Day things and seeing Chris's folks and playing with the puppies.

Hey babe you need to switch that brain of yours off and worry about yourself. You need more than 4 hours sleep and you need to get your meds sorted out and you know the biggest thing you have to do - start organising the wedding - the time will fly. Can't believe ours is 6 or 7 weeks away.

Go Chrissy!!!

Hey Christine24, I'm pretty new here on depnet, just wanted to suggest a few things, if you already do these then just ignore them. Before you go to bed you could try writing down (in a notebook) your worries, or the things that are preoccupying your mind, hopefully this will allow you to go to sleep with a clear mind. Another thing you could do, again if you have already tried it, just disregard my comments, is progressive muscle relaxation, while you are lying down trying to sleep, I find that this is enough to distract my thoughts and sometimes I can end up asleep. All the best Christine24, From Riles.
