Is to let me be me..

To live a life where I don't have to put up the mask,to not pretend that I'm all ok when I don't really feel ok..

To be me and not be judged..

Belladonna and I spent the day shopping together, laughing and enjoying being out and about..Bella,thank you for being you..Thank you for accepting me for me,for making me laugh, for making me feel loved..I'm going to miss you lots while I'm away but when we get back we're gunna have that girls day out and enjoy ourselves!!

Mumma bear,I can't believe there is only 5 days to go...I can't wait to see you..You are so amazing and I love you so much...The 2 wks that I will spend with you will be the best days of my life..

I thank the both of you for helping me realise that I don't have to rely on the mask to be accepted..

Take care,
Jo xo

My Sweet BJ,
You are one very special person. You have made alot of people's lives so much brighter just by being you.

I cannot wait until I get to see you in person and guaranteed that people will be looking at us at the airport.

You have accepted me for me and have helped me through many hard times and for that I am truly truly grateful.

I am glad that you and Bella had a fun day out - no doubt with heaps of mischief and lots and lots of laughs.

Until Sunday at 10am
Love u So Very Very Much

Jo

It sounds like you have made two great friends on here and that is great that you can spend time with them. Enjoy your two weeks with Chook and I'm glad Bella is getting you out of the house and you are having fun.

Go Jo!!!

Hello,

I lived many years wearing 'the mask' I feel your ain of wanting to be yourself but not wanting to burden life by lowering your mask.

Letting go of the mask is a very brave thing and I applaud you for acknowledging that you put one up and also for trying to let it down and trusting loved ones to accept the real you.

Remember, for most of your life the mask has protected you, kept your emotions secret, so don't be alarmed that taking it off is harder than you imagine, in time you will be comfortable in your own skin, you are doing well! :)
