Just a quick add on to yesterday's entry...
One other person that has been there for me from the beginning is Jo (stanford).Sorry matey for not having your name on the last entry.. I wrote it really quickly between packing my bag and eating dinner(I am the Queen of multi-tasking)
So once again,thank you everyone for your support and kind messages left on all my entries especially the well wishes left when I had surgery and continued health probs and on yesterdays entry..
Having people 'around' you that understand the ups and downs of this illness is the best treatment that anyone could ask for..
So from the bottom of my heart,I thank you all,including Tank and the team and wish you all the very best for your journey's into the light..

May you all go forward and find inner happiness and peace..

Hi Jo,
That is not the 'Serenity Prayer' I know but I must admit that is did put a smile on my face and I must remember to keep an open mind...naughty 'NanaVal'

I think this is the prayer you meant...didn't you?

The Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;

and wisdom to know the difference.

Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world

See ya Jo. Love your slight amendment to Richard "Nightstalker" Ramirez's serenity prayer (apparently Ramirez was serious - reckoned he wouldn't have been caught if he'd been more selective about disposing the bodies of his victims).
