Hello,

I am doing much better today :) I have had a very productive day at work and planning to enrol in some FUN short courses at uni, I'm not sure what I'll pick yet. Either, writing, painting or meditation course.

I have not self harmed since that last time and have no intention to do it again. It did help me that day, I had a slip up and it was a bad night.

However now I have pulled myself up and remember now why I stopped, yes it helped me that night but the next day, as it always does, made me feel worse.

I feel grounded again and suprised at how quickly I have recovered mentally. Usually I would be down for days. Things are just different now.

I will not allow one bad day ruin my life. I have suffered so long and I make the descision to work harder than ever to improve and be self-aware.

Therefore I push on, uphold my responsibilities and laugh at life.

Sending my positive energy and love to all my depnet buddies!! We are warriors fighting for the same cause, aginst the same enemies. Together we go into battle fighting for life.

bluewave,

What a great entry and I am so happy to hear such positives. Ah painting, something that I have just got back into and it is amasing how you can miss something so much and not notice it unitl you start again. It has filled such a void in my life relaxation wise and I actually sleep so much better now as I try to paint each night before I go to bed. Normally takes me a month or so to finish a pic but that is my way to keep me going.

You are a true inspiration to everyone, being able to slip up but not let it get you down and control your life.

Hi bluewave,

Wow, what a turn around in 24 hours - good on you girl. Taking proactive steps like signing up for short courses in something your interested in is a great way to keep your head above water.

Thank you for your positive vibes and wishes, it's worked... just reading your entry has made me feel uplifted.

Well done,

Fly xx

Hey Blue,

You are an inspiration and i am very proud of your positive attitude.

The short courses sound like a great idea and i am glad you are looking forward to them.

I am very pleased you are looking past the one bad night you had, and putting it behind you, that is a sign of huge strength.

I am trying to grasp some of your positive energy you are sending out for myself, i could use a little right now.

Take care

Luv Nouse
