He guys
Haven't been on for ages! Well probably because I'm doing much better, I've got a job at a stock broking firm, I'm going out heaps, actually a bit too much but I am socialising so much! I have had some bad days even self harmed again but what I have notice is that I am boucing back so much faster and easily, I am starting to realise that I can overcome this, in time. I am feeling positive and determined to get through this, I have a lot of support now, it is good.
I hope you guys are doing well and improving, I am telling you all that everyone on this site is extremely special and worth so much, more than anything in the world and together we can all get well, I know we can struggle together through our tough times but also remind each other that happiness does exists and is achievable.
