i'M SPINNING OUT OF CONTROL, I feel so stupid, it's all my fault anyway, haven't been sleeping properly, been drinking heaps, not taking my medication properly. I feel so crazy. It hurts so much inside the PAIN ahhhhhhh I feel like bursting into tears and ripping my hair out. I wan to self harm and I am anxious!!

Bluewave please get help. Check out the crisis info on the diaries front page, you can beat this. Is there someone around you can talk to, perhaps someone who can help you go to the doctor?

well you have realise were you have gone wrong with not taking your meds properly and drinking, that is a good start, i think things will get alittle easier once you get those issues sorted out. Maybe go and see your doctor too, it may help.
