hey guys!
still on holidays, it's been great! I went to movie world and had a blast, the roller coaster were crazy I almost shat my pants haha. I had a bad night the other day but I did not self harm and did not binge...I cried a little but I told myself, go to sleep and tommorrow will be better, and it was. Everytime I look in the mirror now I tell myself you are beautiful inside and out. I try to remind myself to help others and to be grateful for the fact that I am healthy and alive.
Being away from my parents has reeeaally helped, I feel my depression is starting to stabalise and I have heaps of encouragement and praise over here :)
I hope you guys are doing well, I have to go but will try hard to respond to you all.
