Anxious
Mood swings
Random unexpected crying
New psychiatrist (only saw once haven't seen any for awhile)
Started university again - Fantastic...however
Performance/Academic anxiety
Urge for all my destructive behaviours.
I am lonely but don't think I can trust a man again.
Nightmares about abusive ex-bf
EMPTINESS
Hurting inside so badly
Scared, frightened of the unknown.
Worried of being ill again, don't want to burden friends/family
