Hi all,
I have been doing better this past week. I have had bad thoughts intruding my mind but trying my best to distract or challenge the negativity.
I have made the following success recently...
1. Join Salsa dancing classes! :) It's ssssexy and fun!
2. Immediately deleted exbf text message. it said "I miss you" I looked at it and then deleted it. Also deleted his number from my phone, I know it by heart but still.
3. Did some gardening, bought pots and currently put seeds down for rocket, basil, chives and corriander, I hope they grow as well as my cherry tomator plant.
4. Went to a friends going away party even though I knew absolutely no one, I just went and it actually turned out to be very nice.
5. Painted the tiles in the bathroom, mum and dad too busy so thought I suprise them.
6. Created a new song on the piano, it's classical, still needs work.
7. Keeping in contact with all my good friends from uni and high school. Just making phone calls and that.
So yeah I think thats it so far...It's been hard too you know. I mean I still want to cry randomly but I know in my heart I can achieve great things and with uni coming up I have a lot to work on and achieve.
We all gotta keep helping ourselves and supporting each other, I believe we can all make changes to be happier people.
