well this past week has been an eye-opener...

stepson got into legal trouble - may not be able to see him much during the next 12 months, charges are going to be laid... it was enough to reduce don to tears. very very bad.

then we get home and realise we don't have any gas, so we had to buy a gas bottle today and cant pay the rent for another fortnight. i just sat down and cryed... then went to wash myself in 1/2 bucket warm water from using the kettle - and that was my long hair too... it sucked.

so... on top of all the other stuff, we had all this added stress, i think the psych is going to be wonderful for me now!

i really really hope thing get better soon... before i lose it.

There are places to help you out financially like the salvo's ... or ring lifeline number on depnet and tell them you need some help... that you are not coping... there is something called emergency relief and a lot of community centres and churches have it or know of it... so ask ... there is no pride in starvation or freezing to death with out heat... talk to someone...

Hi tazzy,

Sounds like Cate has given you some good advice, no good trying to live like that, there's got to be help available to you.

I hope you have a good visit with your psych and I hope it's in the not too distant future.

Centrelink can help you reach contacts/people who can help you out but Cate has mentioned the best ones to try.
