back on meds while pregnant

well i havent written in a while... been sooo busy with planning for the baby and all. im nearly 6 months along now.
i had to go back to the doctors and be put back on medication. i keep thinking its just the pregnancy hormones but it really is more than just that. not coping too well...
im on luvox now... i hope its ok for me because i as on zoloft before and it made me worse... they are in the same category of anti-depressant...
other than that - the pregnany is progressing well... thats at least one good thing that is happening right.
tomorrow is my birthday, always a bad time of year for me! im not looking forward to it. my family wont be around to celebrate, my best friend hasnt spoken to me in over a month... and my fiance's family has no idea its my birthday tomorrow... so it will be a very quite day for me. no celebration, and i have absolutely no money anyway - unless i manage to scour through the money tin for a couple bucks... i dont get payed till next week.
i feel so lonely sometimes... this is no way to live.
