Great to see you've been to Centrelink to get some help. I hope they can help you out.

Good luck with getting your meds changed. Sounds like the Avanza isn't helping much.

Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm not having a go at you. But maybe you should still eat something light and healthy during the day, even if you don't feel hungry, then you might not get so hungry at night. You would have more energy if you eat during the day too. Maybe the lack of energy comes from not eating properly rather than the meds. Eating large meals at night is not good for you either, even if you aren't on meds, as you're not doing anything to burn it off. At least if you eat during the day, you are giving yourself energy and if you exercise (even walking) you'd burn off the fat anyway.

hey tazzy,
im on avanza 60mg, been on them for the last 6 or 7 months cuz zolfot stopped working. they make me put on weight but i cant get ti changed because when ive got depression even when im feeling pretty good my appetite still isnt there. so i loose too much weight, heard from a few other people that its done the same to them. i know they have a thing that makes you hungry i got told all that when i started on them. hope that helps and good luck with finding the right one for you :)
