This impenetrable sense of tiredness is getting overwhelming. What is wrrng with me?

I have been off work because I feel so awful, but I don't think I am sick. It is as if my body is giving up the ghost atm. Just absolutely buggered. Everything is way too much effort...

So at work today and just tired tired tired. Colleagues have asked me to send some freight for them, and stuff me if I can be bothered.

This is not good. Hope I get some spark back soon

Jo

Hi Jo, your batteries are running a bit flat hun. Have a nothing day tomorrow. Eat a tub of ice cream and watch a few dvd's and dont feel guilty about it. Sunday do something fun and relaxing, like bungy jumping, joking, most of all, take care of your wonderful self.

peace and clarity

Andy

hey Jo, i know the feeling i get tired aswell even though im sleeping and eating well. I think it is because of the meds i take but one thing that i have noticed is that over time of taking meds this feeling slowly starts lessening - i dont know your situation but i guess that is a positive if you are taking meds - knowing that these feelings of tiredness will deterioate over time........ otherwise if the feeling just doesnt go away it might be a good idea to get a blood test.
