hey all,

Well I've picked up a bit, thankgoodness. I hit the bottom- but I'm told relapses are just part of recovery, you just have to learn how to get up again. I managed to finish another assignment- especially with how I was, I didn't think I was going to get it done. Now I only have two to go, thankgoodness.
I also made another step, my psych helped me get into contact with CASA, cause I was too scared to pick up the phone, so she called them and filled them in for me. Anyways they will contact me in a week or two, cause there's a waiting list. Anyways that was a big step for me-freaking out a bit though. Sorry this is only a short update- still got damn assignments to get done, but thankyou so much for everyones support- it means a lot to me.

love em

Hi em,

I hope everything is going well for you. I know what it's like to finally get an assingment done, relief is a great feeling. I was so scared I wasn't going to get one of my major assignments done but I got it done and I feel that I have a weight off my shoulders.

It's good that you took the step to getting help. That takes a hell of a lot of courage!

Wishing you all the best

Lots of smiles :-)

hey em,
well done on completing an assignment usaully that'd be the last thing you'd want to do when you've been stuck in a rough patch. i think you should be very happy its a good achivement you found the motivation and the concentration!!
i hope CASA can help abit with the some of the issues from the assaults. i found them to be very helpful and highly skilled in the job that they do. i know the one i saw was very nice and patient, which helps alot to not have someone pushing you along for details. and dont stress about it i thought it would be very hard and daunting because you'd be doing details of everything that happened, but thats only by choice. you can if you want but if you think it would be too hard or wouldnt help in the load run then dont. the descions are up to you, dont stress about it too much!!
i hope things are going better and better for you.
love manda

Hi Em,

You should be proud of youre acheivement getting your assignment done that's really good news for you... You can do it and you just proved that.

Glad things are picking up for you... Try and stay strong and believe me going a bit backwards every so iften is very much a part of the process and each time you go backwards you will be a little further forwards so it won't hit you as hard next time...

Hang in there, your strong and you have great willpower to beat this nasty illness.

Take care
Kristy
