Hey all,
Thankyou to all who replied, each and every one of your comments helped to put a smile back on my face and give me the strength to make the next step. I really don't know what i'd do without your wonderfull support- you all are truly wonderful people. I have made an appt to see my psych on thursday so can't weight till thursday comes around and I have an appt with my GP on tuesday to discuss my test results for the cause of the night sweats. Well guys i'd love to stay and chat but unfortunately assignments don't write themselves. Thanks again, take care. Love em

glad to see you are sorting out stuff with your doc and psych. I sympathise with the night sweats I suffer from them badly also. I was thinking they were early menopause but apparently that was only half of it the rest was related to my depression. I'm on a few things at the moment and the sweats are slowly sorting them selves out ( well i hope anyway)

My health food shop also put me on to Sage tablets taken with dinner at night. I looked it up on the net and sage helps with sweats so i'm giving that ago to and it is also helping.
Just to get one nights uninterupted sleep is a bonus.

Hang in there
love michelle..oxoxox

Hi Em
Glad to hear you have been having a better day.
Life is so full of downs and rising up again that it can be really exhausting. Take care of yourself during this stressful time .

Quote from Richard Carlson Ph.D. author of
"Don't Sweat the Small Stuff and it's all small Stuff"

"You can be a happy person and not have a 'perfect' life."

My life has not been happy lately but I have recently changed how I see things. It was hard work at first but now I am beginning to relax and forgive myself for not being perfect.
You seem to work so hard at everything and well done on getting through a bad day. I hope you can wind down sometimes and just be happy. I know that the way you respond to people on depnet shows you are a lovely person.
So have a happy day and use the healing light and love that we all send your way:)
