getting unwanted morbid dreams [made me cry!!!]

Hello People
I was resting today and I had the most gut wrenching dream. I dreamt that my ma, pa [in a wheeel chair] and myself had go down this steep mountain full of snow. They said not to stop no matter what happened.
So down the mountian we went..... I reached the bottom first, no sight of ma and now trace of ma or pa. I waited 2 hrs and decided to look for em, so I started search for em up the hill again. I found ma and started digging around and found a buried house with a red cross on it.
Ma told me not search anymore as my dad may not made it down.......I then woke up and cried.......Phone ma at work and told her the horrid dream I just had and cried on the phone some more.....HELP!!!!!!!

Scary dreams have haunted me for a long time. I would wonder if this one relates to breaking away from your parents in some way. The race down the hill - you must outlive them at any cost? The loss of your father (in the dream) maybe look more often behind you to see where the people in your life really are. The cross in red - always been a symbol of hope across in world.
