Sleeping patterns and how re-adjust it

Hello folks
I have been having rotten sleep patterns lately, as I get funny dreams latlely and the odd sleeping hour are disrupting my progress reducing my weight as it is buggering up my metobolizing and making me go all sluggish!!!! It was sabertoging my weight loss efforts as it's just like bear having hibernation in the winter!!! I think that's why bear are fat....so they can sleep all through winter!!!! arrrrrugh!!!
She says I was sleep for 12 hrs straight, including the cat naps I have with it too! At frist I was shocke at the length of time I spent was sleeping!!!! Now I am determinted to get my sleep hour back to normal, it will take a while. But using my alarm clock and setting it at 07:30 in the morning is a start, plus the dr has told me that I am not allowed to have catnaps either. I will design a poster to stick next to my bedside saying:
[b]"BE AWAKE BY 07:30 AM, NO CATNAPS ARE ALLOWED DURING THE DAYTIME
